# 취소된 예약인데 취소 일시와 변경 이력이 없어요

> 예약을 처음 가져온 시점에 이미 채널에서 취소된 예약이면, VCMS는 취소된 상태 그대로 불러와요. VCMS 안에서 취소가 일어난 게 아니라서, 취소 일시나 변경 이력이 따로 남지 않아요.

  변경 이력에는 VCMS로 예약을 가져온 뒤에 발생한 변경만 기록돼요. 채널에서 이미 취소된 예약은 '취소됨' 상태로만 들어오기 때문에, 정확한 취소 시점은 해당 채널에서 확인해 주세요.
