This Privacy Policy applies to the Vendit Channel Management System (“VCMS” or “the Solution”), including its online, mobile, and application-based services, and outlines how the Company collects, uses, and safeguards personal information.

• Providing, maintaining, and managing the Solution.

• Business registration number, business name, address
• Business type and category
• Contact person’s name, email, and phone number
• Digital certificate ID and password

The Company retains personal information for the following periods:
• Standard Retention: Up to five years after membership termination.
• Legal Requirements: Certain data may be retained longer, as mandated by law.
• Login records: 3 months
• Communication records: 12 months
Personal information is destroyed promptly after the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.

• Data is identified and approved for deletion by the Data Protection Officer.
Destruction Methods
• Printed data: Shredded or incinerated.
• Electronic data: Irrevocably deleted using secure technical methods.
