Why isn’t it put back on sale automatically?A guest leaving early does not mean the room is ready. Selling it immediately could put an uncleaned room on the market. So VCMS leaves the inventory closed until you have checked the room yourself.
I want to sell an early check-out room again.If the room is ready, open it on the VCMS Distribution screen and it goes back on sale straight away.
What if I edit the booking and change the check-in or check-out time?When a guest checks out, inventory holds until the booked check-out time. Edit the booking’s check-out time, though, and inventory is recalculated against the new time. Pull the check-out time forward before cleaning is done and an unprepared room can sell, so check the room and edit to match what is actually happening.

- Setting a room to “stop sell” in VCLOUD does not carry into VCMS. Even with sales blocked in VCLOUD, the room can keep selling in VCMS, so to stop it go to VCMS, Settings, Room types and stop it there too.
